Is Brocoly a food delivery company?

No. Brocoly is a meal subscription platform and SaaS infrastructure. Food is prepared and delivered by independent Kitchen Partners.

Who prepares my food?

Your food is prepared by the Kitchen Partner you choose on the Platform.

Who should I contact for meal issues?

You can raise issues through Brocoly support. We coordinate with the Kitchen Partner, but resolution depends on their policy and feasibility.

Does Brocoly store my payment details?

No. Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways. Brocoly never stores card or UPI credentials.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

This depends on the Kitchen Partner's policy and notice period. Some meals cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

Will I get a refund if I don't like the food?

Taste is subjective. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the Kitchen Partner's policy.

Is hygiene guaranteed?

Kitchen Partners are responsible for hygiene and compliance. Brocoly does not directly control kitchen operations.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes may be possible before a cutoff time and subject to kitchen serviceability.

Is Brocoly available everywhere?

No. Availability depends on Kitchen Partner coverage in your area.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from within the Brocoly app:

  1. Step 1: Open the Brocoly app and log in
  2. Step 2: Go to Profile / Account Settings
  3. Step 3: Tap 'Delete Account'
  4. Step 4: Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, you can email support@brocoly.app with your registered number or email. After verification, your account will be deleted as per policy.
